Lovely friendly service. We were on holidays and the boys were getting very hot with the heat and humidity. Got them a couple of cooling mats. One loves his , the other not so much. But they definitely feel cooler laying on them.
The staff at Petbarn Bundaberg are extremely friendly and helpful. The staff call you by your name if you are a regular and are extremely welcoming.
The store is always tidy and well stocked, I don’t think I can remember a time where something I needed was out of stock.
Overall the customer experience here is 10/10 and I will continue to be a customer for as long as it remains open.
Being a member is worth it, bulk buying of pet food ends up being roughly the same as Coles or woollies, just far better quality for you pet. Staff are friendly, and often helpful.
This company tells you the match any Australian price from our competitor this is false. They choose what companies they will and will not match prices against. The best pet place that I have come across with better prices is Petso check this company out before you go buy anything from Petbarn
Puppy Class at Pet Barn was great for my puppy as she learnt some basic commands and enjoyed the interaction with the other pups, great way for early socialisation. The trainer was very knowledgeable and kept a calm attitude the whole time.
Excellent service and advice, a huge range of stock in store, super friendly place to visit!
Great Staff, Very Friendly
Prices are a bit expensive but there is a great variety of pet supplies. Pet adoption section is a good feature. Staff very friendly and you are able to bring in your furry children so they can pick their own presents.
